Refund policy
At Zapata Fine Art LLC we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. Therefore, we offer the following refund policy:

Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your artwork, you may return it to us within 14 days of receiving it. The artwork must be in its original condition and packaging, with no damage or alterations. Please note that if there are any damages or alterations found you will be ineligible for a refund.

Refunds: Once we recieve the returned artwork and confirm its condition, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price, minus any shipping costs. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a reputable shipping service and insuring the package for its full value. Please note we are not responsible for any package that may get lost during transit on it's return to us.

Damaged Artwork: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by replacing the artwork or issuing a refund.

Custom Artwork: Please note that custom artwork is not eligible for returns or refunds.
